General

To the extent that there is and/or will be a conflict between a general definition that appears in the terms of use and an individual definition that appears on the web page, what is stated on the web page will be the determining use.
Copyrights
Ayalon Group owns all rights, including copyright, patent rights, trade secrets, content ownership rights including distribution rights, and any other intellectual property in connection with the information and/or content, and the User does not have and will not have any rights of any kind in this content.
The User declares that they are aware that the information and/or content that will be made available to them is for their personal use alone.
The User commits not to use the website and/or the information for any illegal and/or prohibited purpose according to the terms of use.

Without derogating from the above, the User undertakes not to copy, modify, distribute, transfer and/or take any action that may harm the information, its correctness and reliability, and/or Ayalon Group’s good name as its copyright holder, or any other party, including content providers and/or the participants in the preparation of the information published on the website.
